Tech Recycling Program

At Inuvik Tech Society, our Tech Recycling Program provides the community with a responsible way to dispose of old or unused technology while contributing to digital inclusion. We collect devices such as laptops, phones, and tablets, refurbish them, and give them a second life by offering them to individuals and organizations at affordable prices or even free of charge.

Additionally, we ensure that any electronic waste that cannot be refurbished is recycled responsibly, minimizing environmental harm. By participating in our Tech Recycling Program, you’re not only reducing e-waste but also helping bring technology to those who need it most in our community.

What We Offer:

• Device Collection: Drop off old or unused tech at designated collection points.

• Refurbishment: We restore devices to working condition, ready for reuse.

• Affordable or Free Devices: Refurbished tech is offered at low cost or donated to community members in need.

• E-Waste Recycling: Proper disposal of non-functional devices in an environmentally safe manner.
